When looking for Support vector data description (SVDD) code examples I found this code examples page where SVDD is shown as a utility possibly under the package libsvm in python. But found the existence of nothing like that in the package man page. Other packages I found are libsvm-svdd and SVDD-python but I have been unable to use them as described. Please suggest a usable package for SVDD that I’ll use in my research work on disease data.
