I’m just wondering if anyone has got any code for a mixed-method occupancy model using unmarked? I’m following the Cornell ebird tutorial to make a predicted surface to map an occupancy model, however they use a single method occupancy model. I’d like to run a multi-method model, combining line transect and eDNA presence data and I’m guessing if I use unmarked to run the model the downstream mapping will be much easier to re-code than if I use a different package.
