is there anyone available who has worked on integration of whatsapp with SAP B1?

I am unable to get some API integration working properly.

  1. I am getting a 401 error when I try to authenticate with the API.
  2. The API is returning an unexpected error message.
  3. The API is not returning the expected data.
  4. The API is taking too long to respond.
  5. The API is not available.

I just want to get this issue sorted
