When trying to install Microsoft SQL Server 2022 with the Azure PAYG licensing option chosen, the section for ‘Azure Extension for SQL Server’ has all of the fields greyed out if trying to use a Service Principal
I have previously installed SQL Server 2022 on this server and uninstalled it, and I was expecting to be able to use Service Principal as an option
