How can i get an opened ms Project file from Aspose.Tasks?

I opened a ms project file and excel file,what i want is to read it from project file into an activate worksheet ,and write it back to Project file,Can I do it by Aspose.tasks?

Is there a way to get opened ms project files in aspose.tasks?
