I’m encountering an issue where I’m unable to join a specific Facebook group, even though I have the group administrators added as friends on my profile. When the admins attempt to add me to the group using the ‘Add Member’ function and search for my profile, it doesn’t appear in their search results. Conversely, when they send me a direct link to the group, clicking on it leads me to an error page on Facebook.
I’ve searched for similar issues but haven’t found any relevant information or solutions. Could anyone suggest what might be causing this problem and how to resolve it?

https://www.facebook.com/help/contact/357161520978587), where I described the situation and included screenshots. However, it’s been over two weeks without any response. I was expecting some form of acknowledgment or resolution from Facebook support, but so far, there has been none.
I’m wondering if anyone here has faced a similar challenge and could offer any insights or solutions. Perhaps there’s a known issue with group joins that I’m not aware of?
