I was wondering can someone explain to me how this website’s landing page is made
This is a website URL (https://cb4.com/), basically What they have been using is some PNG images overlaying the bigger image with mouse movement the PNG image is changed.
I want to know the easiest way to create this or a WordPress plugin for this function.
